Back Office Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented Back Office Operations Executive to join us at Toy Marche, an online toy store. The Back Office Operations Executive will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of various operational processes that support the online toy store's daily activities.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Order Processing**: Receive and process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely order confirmation and fulfilment. Collaborate with the courier partners to ensure products are picked and dispatched correctly.
- **Inventory Management**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of product inventory. Monitor stock levels, perform regular stock checks, and coordinate with suppliers to replenish inventory when necessary.
- **Data Entry and Record Keeping**: Enter product details, pricing, and other relevant information into the system accurately. Maintain meticulous records of transactions, invoices, and customer interactions.
- **Returns and Refunds**: Manage the returns and refunds process by evaluating returned products, informing Management for processing refunds or exchanges.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify opportunities to streamline and improve operational processes. Propose and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree or diploma.
- Prior experience in back office operations, preferably within an e-commerce or retail environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
