Compensation Administrator

**Experience:
- 5 - 8 Years**:
- Handling end-to-end **STI, LTI & Sales incentive plans**.
- **Market Benchmarking/survey activities and Annual compensation** review process.
- **Queue Management** tool knowledge and experience (Ex. Remedy force, Service now).
- Technology & Tools: Hands-on experience in **Share point, Power BI and Success Factors**:
- Flexible with Shift timings (12.30 PM to 9.30 PM), willing to adapt to a Hybrid work model (mandatorily three days of work from office) and Learning agility (Certification related to Total Rewards & Compensation function).
- Overall experience should not be more than 8 years.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
