**Position Overview**:
As a Sales Executive at [Water Park Name], you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and implementing effective sales strategies to attract new customers and retain existing clients. Your primary focus will be on promoting the park's offerings, including tickets, season passes, event bookings, and corporate partnerships, to achieve sales targets and enhance guest satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Strategy Development**: Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans and strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize sales opportunities. Identify target markets and customer segments and devise targeted sales approaches to capitalize on market potential.
- **Lead Generation and Prospecting**: Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and online platforms. Conduct research to identify potential clients and opportunities for business development.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Understand client needs and preferences and tailor sales pitches and proposals accordingly. Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- **Sales Presentations and Negotiations**: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients. Negotiate terms and pricing to close sales deals and secure contracts. Handle objections and overcome barriers to achieve successful outcomes.
- **Pipeline Management**: Manage sales pipeline effectively, tracking leads, opportunities, and sales activities using CRM software or other tools. Prioritize leads and opportunities based on potential revenue and likelihood of closing.
- **Event Sales and Coordination**: Collaborate with the events and operations teams to promote and sell event bookings, such as birthday parties, corporate events, and group outings. Coordinate with clients to ensure seamless event planning and execution.
- **Promotional Activities**: Coordinate promotional campaigns and special offers to drive sales and attract new customers. Participate in marketing events, trade shows, and community outreach activities to increase brand visibility and awareness.
- **Market Research and Analysis**: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of market changes.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
