We are Looking for an **Recruiter (Female)** for our organization with the responsibilities of the Recruiter you should ensure that our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.

**Responsibilities**
- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy.
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
- Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work” Requirements and skills Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiteror a staffing agency recruiter)
- Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:

- Recruiting: 2 years (preferred)
