**Overview**: A Sales Representative specializing in IT will be responsible for driving sales revenue by prospecting and selling IT products and services to existing and potential customers. This role involves working closely with the sales team, collaborating with technical experts, and leveraging digital communication channels to reach and engage with clients. The Inside Sales Representative will focus on building relationships, understanding customer needs, and closing sales through effective communication and product knowledge.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- _Prospect and generate leads_**:
Identify potential customers through research, lead generation tools, and marketing campaigns.
Qualify leads and schedule appointments for further engagement by the sales team.
- _Build and maintain client relationships:_

Engage with existing customers to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions.
Provide exceptional customer service, address inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- _Conduct product presentations and demonstrations:_

Utilize product knowledge to deliver effective presentations and demonstrations to prospects.
Explain the features, benefits, and value proposition of IT products and services.
Collaborate with technical experts to address specific customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- _Collaborate with internal teams_:
Work closely with the sales team to align strategies, share insights, and support each other's efforts.
Coordinate with technical experts, pre-sales, and post-sales teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and support.
Provide feedback and market insights to assist in product development and improve sales processes.
- _Achieve sales targets:_

Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
Track and manage sales pipeline using CRM software.
Forecast sales projections and contribute to sales planning and budgeting processes.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Good at inside sales, preferably in the IT industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good at preparing Pitch decks and Presentations.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in using digital communication tools and CRM software.
- Solid understanding of IT products, services, and industry trends.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Availability to work flexible hours, if required.

Note : Proficiency in Arabic language would be an advantage

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 per month
