The individual will be responsible for achieving sales revenue through generating orders through clinical/operating room selling of the EMID products & representing the organization in accordance with its policies

A Day in the Life

·Achievement of volume objectives along with achievement of key product objectives for both primary and secondary numbers.

·Ensure right productivity and growth objectives for each member of the team.

·Successful launch of new products by right execution and implementation in the assigned area.

·Ensuring periodic validation and maintenance of customer/account data of each salesperson.

·Maintain Core costumer relationship to ensure continuation of business.


. Must Have: Minimum Requirements

·Bachelor in Pharma / Engineering / Science

·Minimum 3-6 yrs sales experience in Medical.

·Devices/ concept Selling is mandatory.

Willing to travel extensively
Nice to Have

·Strong Interpersonal skills, with focused People/Customer/Result orientation.

·Strong grasp on the market and understanding around the complexities, competition, customer preferences etc

·Ability to prioritize and execute as per the needs of the business and the current set of challenges

·Strong analytical skills (to understand local markets and customer needs) in order to develop region specific plans, strategies and tactics.

·Ability to quickly revector and improvise the business model if the current model is not yielding desired results
