Key Responsibilities:
1)Prospect and Generate leads:

- Use lead generating tools, marketing initiatives, and research to find potential customers.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for further engagement by the
sales team.

2) Build and maintain client relationships:

- Engage with current clients to find up
- and cross-selling opportunities.
- Recognise customer needs and suggest appropriate IT solutions.
- Deliver first-rate customer care, respond to queries, and swiftly resolve problems.

3) Conduct product presentations and demonstrations:

- Deliver presentations and demos to prospects that are effective by utilising product knowledge.
- Describe the attributes, advantages, and value proposition of the IT goods and services.

4) Collaborate with internal teams:

- Work closely with the sales team to align strategies, share insights, and support each other's efforts.
- Coordinate with technical experts, pre-sales, and post-sales teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and support.
- Provide feedback and market insights to assist in product development and improve sales processes.

5) Achieve sales targets:

- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
- Track and manage sales pipeline using CRM software.
- Forecast sales projections and contribute to sales planning and budgeting processes.

**Requirements**:
1) Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
2) Good at inside sales, preferably in the IT industry.
3) Good at preparing Pitch decks and Presentations.
4) Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
5) Proficiency in using digital communication tools and CRM software.
6) Solid understanding of IT products, services, and industry trends.
7) Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
8) Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
9) Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
