**Summary role description**:
Hiring for a Cloud Support Administrator - Endpoint, for a MarTech SaaS platform, providing Digital Media Spend Optimization

Our client is a US headquartered SaaS startup, whose Analytics platform helps their clients maximize business value return from marketing spend. They reshape the way marketers invest their dollars to find new growth and profits and they give marketers the answers to deliver a predictable performance advantage. Their software measures the diminishing returns of marketing spend, identifies ineffective dollars within channels/tactics/campaigns as they scale, and enables marketers to drive smarter business decisions with their next dollar-in.

**Role details**:

- **Title / Designation**: Cloud Support Administrator
- **Reporting to**: Director of Information Security
- **Location**: Hyderabad
- **Work Mode**:Hybrid
- **Shift timing**: 12pm to 10pm

**Role & responsibilities**:

- Develop, maintain, and contribute to technical and process documentation.
- Identify and evaluate trends and industry best practices.
- 4+ years of experience in using products such as Devops, Microsoft Defender, and Office 365 administration.
- Hands on experience in Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) for Windows, macOS, iOS, Android device management
- Experience in functioning of Networking, Databases, Software, and Servers in the Cloud
- Expertise in developing, maintaining, and contributing to technical and process documentation.
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Defender suite of products and Azure Active Directory Conditional Access.
- Experience in AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, terraform, Ansible.

**Selection process**:

**Salary**: Up to ₹2,000,000.00 per year
