International Sales Executive

**Market Development**: Identify, evaluate, and establish new export markets for our product range. Drive the sales strategy in assigned territories to increase brand presence and market share.
- **Customer Acquisition & Relationship Management**: Develop strong relationships with key international distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and agents. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service, offering tailored solutions, and managing their expectations throughout the sales cycle.
- **Sales Strategy & Execution**: Work with senior management to develop and execute sales plans, pricing strategies, and promotional activities tailored to each export market. Meet or exceed sales targets and deliver consistent revenue growth.
- **Market Research & Analysis**: Conduct in-depth research on market trends, competitor activities, customer preferences, and regulatory requirements in various international regions. Use this data to adapt and fine-tune sales strategies and offer market-specific insights to the product and marketing teams.
- **Export Process Management**: Coordinate all aspects of the export process, including order management, shipping, documentation, and customs compliance. Ensure timely delivery of products while maintaining optimal stock levels and minimizing disruptions in the supply chain.
- **Brand Representation**: Represent [Company Name] at international trade shows, exhibitions, and customer meetings. Act as the company’s ambassador, promoting the brand and fostering long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
- **Sales Reporting & Forecasting**: Provide regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and future opportunities. Track sales targets, monitor KPIs, and provide actionable insights to the leadership team.
- **Contract Negotiation & Pricing**: Negotiate terms of sale, pricing, contracts, and payment terms with international clients. Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, including payment terms and delivery schedules.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
