Job Title: Sales Executive

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, and online research.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services to meet their requirements.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing sales revenue.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer service, to ensure smooth sales processes and customer onboarding.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new sales opportunities.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role, preferably in the industry.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
