Salary - up to 22,000 + Service Charge (6,000 approx.)

Location: Sector 29, Gurugram

Exp - Min 2 years as GRE

**Responsibilities**:
Review arrival lists to welcome guests

Take reservation from front Gate

Attend to special guests and answer their inquiries

Provide information about packages and area walkaround.

Anticipate guest needs and build rapport with customers

Offer assistance with certain tasks (e.g. confirming reservation, taking messages)

Address complaints and escalate to General Manager when needed

Record information in the logbook daily

Requirements and skills

Proven experience as a Guest Relations Officer

Familiarity with hospitality industry standards

Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus

Computer literacy

A customer-oriented and professional attitude

An outgoing personality

Outstanding communication abilities

Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Preferred diploma or BSc/BA in Hospitality Management (not mandate)

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
