Administrative Assistant

**About Us**:
The Yarn Bazaar is a Managed (full stack) Vertical B2B Marketplace solving the problem of broken supply chain & working capital constraints in têxtiles - a huge, yet highly fragmented market that we are looking to transform.
Founded in July 2019, Pratik Gadia conceptualized the idea of The Yarn Bazaar while working for his family business in Textile Manufacturing. It all started when Pratik was trying to procure yarn for his têxtile unit and faced multiple issues due to a severely broken supply chain.
Since July 2019, we have already completed transactions worth over ₹370 crores on our platform, all on 100% advance payment with no credit, working capital, financing, or inventory. The Yarn Bazaar was featured on Shark Tank India where we raised funding from 4 sharks.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Office Management**:
Maintain a well-organized and efficient office environment.
Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
Coordinate and oversee facilities maintenance.
- **Administrative Support**:
Provide administrative support to various departments and team members.
Schedule and organize meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and distribute internal and external communications.
- **Data Entry and Record Keeping**:
Accurately enter and maintain data in the company's databases.
Assist in the creation and organization of important documents and records.
Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- **Communication**:
Act as a point of contact between employees and management.
Draft and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents.
- **Calendar Management**:
Manage executives' calendars, scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
Assist in prioritizing and organising tasks for the leadership team.
- **Event Coordination**:
Assist in planning and coordinating company events, both internal and external.
Manage logistics, invitations, and follow-up for events and meetings.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven 2-3 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
