Job description:
Cactus is looking for a Marketing Associate to support marketing initiatives by assisting on effective marketing campaigns and reporting on their performance. Manage sustainable campaigns like affiliate program with micro influencers and reporting. Managing daily administrative tasks across social media and influencer content to ensure the department runs smoothly.

Job responsibilities:

- Support social media and influencer marketing team by conducting influencer market research and reach outs, performing content moderation, monitoring performance metrics and creating weekly reports for active campaigns.
- Assist user research team with coordination on user feedback and conversations. Take charge of website support queries and actively respond to them.
- Contribute to social media and content calendars by tracking social media posts, videos, infographics, etc. and share insights.
- Ensure that regular social media content responses are performed and checking content for accuracy and consistency.
- Track relevant metrics using analytics tools, monitor KPIs, and report to senior management on campaign effectiveness.
- Assist with new influencer marketing, user research & social media campaign initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with social media and marketing trends and best practices.
- Take ownership of dedicated tasks and should be comfortable to work in fast paced environment.

Qualifications and prerequisites:

- A Graduate / Post Graduate with excellent knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Prior experience (1-2 years) in marketing or social media preferred.
- Prefer a degree in communication, marketing, or social media.
- Good analytical skills - able to measure the performance of the content and understand different metrics.
- Excellent communication skills - to manage content on social media platforms.
- Eagerness to learn about new trends and should have a creative mindset.
- Excellent time management skills.
