Role Definition:
Responsible for handling the Front office operations, answering the phone calls and operating EPABX

Supervision of routine housekeeping, Security, Courier.

Office Maintenance - Upkeep & monitoring of Air conditioner, Gen-Set, Printer, Photocopier, Scanner etc

Cafetaria management including finalisation of vendors, and ensure timely delivery, food quality (lunch and evening snacks)

Office Stationary - Vendor finalisation in coordination with HO. Procurement, quality check and record keeping of issuance and stock.

Travel & Hotel Arrangements - Local Taxi, Hotel and BM's travel - Timely booking, coordination and folow up with vendors and HO and feedback collation and sharing.

Support in Vendor Management. Vendor Selection process, contract renewals, Timely payments and responsible for NDC, SOB etc.

Invoice Processing -Verification/clearing of vendor bills/invoices as per valid vendor contracts/agreements for HR & Admin Vendors

Time Office Management - Maintaining and upkeeping attendance records of all SID and all OS staff. Collating attendance input sharing with HO/agency.

Interview Coordination - (SID & OS) Dealer Meet, Promotor Day & Family day etc.

**Salary**: ₹8,401.52 - ₹23,026.44 per month

- Cochin, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Receptionist: 4 years (preferred)
