We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as an E-commerce Order Packer and Stock Maintenance Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately packing orders for shipment in our e-commerce business, as well as maintaining organized stock levels to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Pack customer orders accurately and efficiently based on packing lists and shipping instructions.
Ensure that orders are packed securely to prevent damage during transit, while also optimizing packaging materials to minimize waste.
Conduct regular inventory checks to monitor stock levels and identify low-stock items that require replenishment.
Receive incoming shipments, verify contents, and update stock records in our inventory management system.
Organize and maintain the warehouse or storage area to facilitate efficient order picking and packing operations.
Collaborate with the purchasing team to forecast inventory needs and place orders for replenishment in a timely manner.
Work closely with the shipping department to coordinate order pickups and deliveries, ensuring that shipments are processed and dispatched on schedule.
Troubleshoot any discrepancies or issues with orders or stock levels, and communicate them to the relevant departments for resolution.
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
**Requirements**:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in order packing and/or stock maintenance, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment. Knowledge on computer
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in packing orders and maintaining stock records.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
Proficiency in using inventory management software or systems to track stock levels and process orders.
Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move boxes and packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules as needed in a dynamic e-commerce business environment.
Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
