**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Strategic Recruitment Planning:

- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to meet the

organization’s staffing needs.
- Analyze market trends and adjust recruitment strategies to stay competitive in

attracting top talent.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to understand hiring needs and align

recruitment strategies with business goals.

2. Team Management:

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruitment professionals, ensuring high

performance and professional development.
- Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback and

coaching.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture.
- Implement innovative sourcing techniques to attract diverse and highly
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Utilize social media, job boards, career fairs, and other channels to identify

strategies.

7. Stakeholder Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and other key

stakeholders.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on recruitment best practices.
- Partner with HR and other departments to support overall talent management

initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing successful recruitment strategies.
- Strong understanding of the US job market and employment laws.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to travel as needed.
