**BDE and Sales Intern**

As a Business Development Intern at HB Gadget Technology & Solutions Pvt Ltd, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business development and sales within the Organization. Under the guidance of our experienced team members, you will assist in identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and developing innovative strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the development and implementation of strategic business development plans to achieve company objectives.
- Assist in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and offerings that meet the needs of our clients.
- Assist in conducting market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
- Support the negotiation and closing of business deals to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments, market trends, and best practices in business development.

**Qualifications**:

- Any Degree, BBA and MBA Pursuing preferred.
- Strong interest in sales, business development, and entrepreneurship.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and partners.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong desire to learn and grow in a dynamic business environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
