Business Development Executive (BDE)

**Job Summary**:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive at HB Gadget Technology & Solutions Pvt Ltd in Nagpur. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for new business development, leads follow-ups, deals closure, account management, and effective communication. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting our Gadgets to achieve sales targets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential target clients. Generate and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients.
- Track and analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Excellent working on India Mart.
- Can Create New Fresh Leads.
- Developing and implementing new sales strategies to grow the business.
- Maintaining and updating sales and business development reports.
- Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
- Support the negotiation and closing of business deals to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and offerings that meet the needs of our clients.

**Qualifications**:

- Any Degree, BBA and MBA Pursuing preferred.
- Strong interest in sales, business development, and entrepreneurship.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and partners.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong desire to learn and grow in a dynamic business environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
