Roles and Responsibilities
- Research potential vendors Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
- Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery
- Review quality of purchased products
- Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases
- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
- Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses
- Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
- To do any other work as may be assigned by the management from time to time
- Reviewing and ensuring proper Receipt, Storage, & issuance of material as per Company Policy.
- Ensuring safe operations & compliance to safety norms.
- Reviewing & maintaining the Stores activities with related documentation involved as comply with NABH
- Checking & reviewing of relevant documents.
- Checking & passing of all the bills of materials & services received in stores for payment
- Monthly material stock statement as per Companys Authorized Format.
- Managing store, ensuring optimum inventory levels to achieve maximum cost savings without hampering the formulation process.
- Planning physical layout of stores for storage of materials, spare parts & consumables and ensuring smooth accounting, issue of materials
- Monitoring availability of stock, making appropriate arrangements to ensure on time deliveries conducting store & safety audits and disposing of scrap and returning the rejected material to suppliers.
- Handling Internal / External Audit and audit related Compliances.
- In-depth knowledge of Tally and Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Attentive to detail and accuracy
- Ability to plan and organize a daily workload by priorities.
- Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
- A self-starter with high initiative and adaptive in nature.
- Matured, poised, and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Professional level of verbal and written communications skills.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chembur, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Accounting: 2 years (required)
- Tally: 3 years (required)

License/Certification:

- CA-Inter (preferred)
