Personal Secretary

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and organize office documents, files, and supplies, ensuring easy access and proper storage.
Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and events; maintain and update the company calendar.
Coordinate with IT staff on administrative tasks, including preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
Provide support in the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing and organizing necessary materials.
Assist in the ordering, inventory, and maintenance of office equipment and supplies.
Perform data entry, record-keeping, and reporting tasks to support various departments.
Assist with special projects and perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.
**Requirements**:
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
Prior experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in the IT industry.
Proficient in Social Media, Gsheet and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and other office productivity tools.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on professional etiquette.
Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility and adaptability to changing work demands and deadlines.
Basic understanding of IT terminologies and concepts is a plus.
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
