**What do we expect from this role?**

As a Business Operations Executive at Walr, you'll be at the heart of our research projects, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction. This role offers a unique opportunity to join a rapidly growing company that values empowerment, growth, and innovation.

**What will be your key responsibilities?**
- Provide helpdesk support to the US panel.
- Follow up on open support tickets and ensure timely resolution.
- Act as a liaison between panelists and internal teams.
- Ensure daily updates of project status and dates by monitoring CRM reports.
- Collaborate with project managers to assess accuracy and update information as needed.
- Test survey links.
- Configure projects in the Walr platform.
- Conduct reconciliations.
- Handle invoicing.
- Perform other project administrative tasks as required.
- Compile and extract data from various sources for presentation to internal clients.
- Coordinate with the Software Team to address platform issues.
- Gather feedback from users.
- Log support tickets and provide regular updates to platform users.
- You will also be responsible for identifying, bidding on, and securing projects.
- Compelling proposals within specified deadlines that effectively showcase our company's capabilities and expertise.
- Customize proposals to address specific client needs Collaborating with internal teams, including project managers and other team members, to estimate project costs accurately.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all bids.

**What should you bring to the Walr?**
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 1-2 years of work experience within Market Research or a related industry.
- Proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas and features such as Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP’s.
