Hotel Receptionist

**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
- Organise Check in, Check out of guests
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and maintain their logbook.
- Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them to concerned person or department.
- Update calendars and schedule meetings.
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material e.g., pens, forms, newspapers, and brochures.
- Arrange travel and accommodations and prepare vouchers e.g. Air Tickets, Train Tickets & Hotel Bookings, and arrangement of Cabs as and when required.
- Handling of Petty cash for day-to-day office expenses.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Maintains telecommunication system of office telephone extension.
- Manage housekeeping staff and pantry operations of Corporate Head Quarters.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as prepare payment advice, filing, photocopying and transcribing etc.
- Support administrative and special project requirements as assigned e.g. Office Repair & Maintenance.
- Printing of business cards, envelops, and various kinds of forms.
- Handling of Pantry & Housekeeping material and to maintain inventory.
- Arrangement of lunch & Snacks for management.
- Monthly expenses reports.
**Skills & Qualification Required**:
- **Work Experience**: 1-3 Years
- **Qualification**: University Graduation
- **Special Skills, Mental or Personality Requirements**:
- PC skill like MS Excel & Power point.

**Salary**: ₹10,122.52 - ₹18,000.00 per month
