Job Title : Front Desk Executive

Experience : 2 to 5 Year

Qualification : Graduation from any Stream

Job Description:
Must have experience in operating EPABX system, attend, route and screen incoming and outgoing calls.

Connecting regular and conference calls at corporate office.

Meeting and greeting clients/vendors and managing the reception area.

Handling inward & outward documents along with sorting and distributing couriers/post/hand delivery to the receiver.

Coordinate with courier services for dispatch requisite documents or materials and handle their payments.

Lodging complaints with concerned Service Providers as & when found a problem & see to it that the problem gets resolved at the earliest.

Coordinating and fixing meetings and booking of meeting rooms.

Attend to guests courteously and deal promptly with their requests and queries.

Arrangements for local conveyance for the guests and company officials during their visit to Chandigarh and other locations.

Provide assistant in travel booking & conference room bookings, cab bookings, guest house bookings.

Accountable for final payment settlements of ticket + hotel booking + courier vendors.

Responsible to maintain the complete travel desk operation for KCEN (Corporate)

Support to Manager Admin in various administrative tasks carried out at corporate.

Maintaining Sub-Staff Leave Card and Outdoor Duty records for corporate employees.

Skills:
a. Excellent Communication skills with good command over English and Hindi language.

b. Analytical, conceptualization and trouble shooting skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
