Team Member- Talent Acquisition

**Purpose of the Role**:
- Talent Acquisition, you will need to unlock gaps in our recruitment processes and deliver bar-raising results. In this role, you will partner closely with Business Verticals to source, recruit and program manage to drive world-class acquisition practices and strategy and to achieve aggressive hiring goals. The incumbent will be responsible for all levels of talent acquisition, recruitment programs, procedures, and plans. It is a self-driven position where being adaptable, creative, and strategic are the ingredients for success. This position will be best suited to an inclusive, flexible and collaborative member with a strong background in bulk hiring and product sourcing or recruiting.
**Responsibilities**:
- 2-5 years of Experience in **Bulk Hiring is a must**
- Provide innovative, scalable solutions to drive our hiring to meet our hiring objectives
- Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with key cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience in **Retail format **hiring would be an added advantage
- Build talent pipelines for store and other retail formats and execute on referral generation, events and sourcing campaigns
- Experience working in both pipeline and requisition-based environments
- Maintaining networks in relevant sectors to facilitate effective passive recruitment
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or related discipline.
- Recruiting/staffing experience in a corporate, professional services/consulting, or high-tech industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient in the use of G-Suite.
- Previous experience of working with recruitment, ATS (applicant tracking system) or vacancy management systems e.g., Darwin Box, Taleo, Workday, etc.
- Confident, tactful, resilient, and demonstrating high levels of integrity.
- Driven, highly organized with the ability to identify and focus on priorities and deliver to deadlines.
- Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing a variety of recruitment strategies to include cold calling and direct sourcing.
