As a Sales Operation Executive, you will be responsible for providing essential support to the sales team, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of sales operations. Your role involves handling administrative tasks, managing sales data, keeping records of sales quotation and ensuring a seamless flow of information between the sales team, customers, and other departments.

Key Responsibilities:
Data Management:

- Maintain and update customer and sales records in the company's CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of data entry.
- Generate and analyze sales reports, providing insights to support decision-making.

Order Processing:

- Process sales orders, ensuring accuracy in product, pricing, and delivery details.
- Coordinate with logistics and shipping departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Handle order-related inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.

Customer Support:

- Assist customers with order inquiries, product information, and general support requests.
- Collaborate with the customer support team to address customer concerns and provide solutions.

Documentation:

- Prepare and maintain sales-related documents, including quotations, contracts, and invoices.
- Ensure all documentation complies with company policies and legal requirements.

Sales Team Support:

- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and managing travel arrangements.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals as needed.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in engineering or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience of minimum 2 years in a similar role in sales support.
- Excellency in written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Data analysis and reporting skills.
- Time management and multitasking abilities.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Customer-focused mindset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
