**Accounts Coordinator**

**Job Brief**

We are looking for an Accounts Administrator to manage our company’s accounts payable and receivable. Accounts Administrator responsibilities include reviewing and reconciling accounts, processing payments to external partners and maintaining updated records of invoices and receipts. To be successful in this role, you should have a Finance or Accounting background and be familiar with bookkeeping.Ultimately, you will ensure we process all financial transactions accurately and on time.

**Roles & Responsibilities**

1. Preparing the following documents and sending them to CA for accounting records on a monthly basis:
Reconciliation statement

TDS details

Professional tax details with employee salary breakup

Bank statements with narration

Copy of sales invoice inclusive of GST

Copy of purchase invoice and GST bills
- Issuing invoices and collecting payments from customers on a monthly basis
- Maintaining a database of all student enrollments
- Handling petty cash and preparing payment vouchers for accounting records
- Sending bank payments for approval to Director under Maker Checker process
- Handling any customer concerns regarding payments. Incase other issues are addressed to me, directly forward it to the management/concerned person
- Preparing revenue and expense reports
- Preparing salary disbursal sheets and getting it reviewed by Head India Operations and sending it to Director for approval
- Seeking approval on purchase requisitions from Director and US Operations Lead
- Preparing payslips to employees every month
- Onboarding the new employees - Verification and collection of documents, briefing new employees on timing and leave policy
- Documenting paperwork for all petty cash and bank transactions for accounting records
- Documenting all sales invoices with seal and signature
- Maintaining a tracker for all IT assets and other inventory, by taking support from Media coordinator
- SPOC for all bank-related transactions.

**Requirements & Skills**
- Familiarity with office equipment, including printers
- Proven work experience as an Accounts Administrator or similar role
- Good knowledge of bookkeeping procedures and debt collection regulations
- Hands-on experience with accounting software
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (using financial formulas and creating spreadsheets)
- Solid data entry skills with an ability to identify numerical errors
- Good organizational and time-management abilities
- BSc/Bcom degree in Finance, Accounting or relevant field

**Salary**: From ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
