**Sales Coordinator**

MAVEN SOURCES BUSINESS SOLUTION is a Memphis, TN-based manufacturer of industrial and commercial grade solar panels. We are currently seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our team.

**The Position**:
The Sales Coordinator position is responsible for managing the sales process from prospecting to closing of new business. This includes prospecting, qualifying leads, managing the sales process from prospecting to closing of new business. The position will also include managing the sales process from closing of new business to managing the sales process in the future for existing accounts. The position will report directly to the Sales Manager.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or related field.
- Must be comfortable working with a team and be able to work independently.
- Must have excellent communication skills and be able to effectively communicate with all levels within the organization and customers.
- Must have excellent organizational skills and be able to meet deadlines with accuracy and timeliness.

**Responsibilities**:

- Qualify leads through in person or telephone meetings with appropriate representatives within your territory (companies that you sell solar panels).
- Manage leads from start to finish using CRM software such as Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel). Manage customer account information such as invoicing, customer service issues, etc..
- Close customer accounts by following up on all outstanding issues with customers within CRM system (Salesforce). Must have experience closing accounts that you have sold previously. Must have experience selling solar panels.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
