**Position Overview -**

As a Google Ads Expert with E-commerce experience at ROI Magnet, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our online advertising strategy and driving customer acquisition through paid search campaigns. You will leverage your expertise in Google Ads to optimize campaigns, maximize ROI, and contribute to the growth of our e-commerce business.

**Salary**:3 LPA - 4 LPA

**Responsbilities:

**Campaign Strategy**:Develop and execute comprehensive Google Ads strategies tailored to our client's e-commerce goals, including search, display, shopping, and video campaigns.

**Keyword Research**:Conduct in-depth keyword research and analysis to identify high-performing keywords and opportunities for expansion.

**Ad Creation**: Create and optimize compelling ad copy and visuals that align with clients' brand identity and maximize click-through rates and conversions.

**Budget Management**:Manage advertising budgets effectively to achieve targeted ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) and ensure cost-efficient campaigns.

**Performance Analysis**: Regularly analyze campaign performance data, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimization strategies to meet KPIs.

**A/B Testing**: Conduct A/B tests to refine ad creatives, landing pages, and other campaign elements for continuous improvement

**Competitor Analysis**: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats in the market.

**Conversion Rate Optimization**: Collaborate with our web development team to enhance landing pages and website elements to improve conversion rates.

**Reporting**:Generate and present regular reports on campaign performance and provide insights to key stakeholders.

**Stay Updated**: Stay current with Google Ads updates, algorithm changes, and emerging trends in the digital marketing landscape.

**Qualifications**:
Minimum 1 year of experience in managing Google Ads campaigns for e-commerce businesses or D2C brands.

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding KPIs, including ROAS, conversion rates, and click-through rates.

In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, including campaign setup, optimization, and best practices.

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Proficiency in Google Analytics and other digital marketing tools.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with other teams.

Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to adapt to the evolving digital advertising landscape.

Certifications in Google Ads (e.g., Google Ads Certification) are a plus.

It is required that you have a laptop.

Immediate joiners are preferable.

**Schedule**:
Day shift (9:30 AM to 6:00 PM)

Ability to commute/relocate:
Baner, Pune - 411045, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
