Position: Marketing Sales Executive

Location: Mayiladuthurai

**Responsibilities**:
1. Product Application and Technical Support
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for construction teams and contractors.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to showcase the benefits and effectiveness of our construction chemical products.

2. Project Consultation
- Engage with architects, engineers, and contractors to understand project requirements.
- Conduct site visits and evaluations to recommend suitable products for specific construction challenges.

3. Quality Assurance
- Oversee the quality control process for construction chemical products.
- Work closely with the production team to ensure that products meet or exceed industry standards.
- Implement quality assurance protocols to maintain consistency in product performance.

4. Research and Development
- Stay updated on industry trends, advancements, and new technologies related to construction chemicals.
- Collaborate with the research and development team to contribute insights and feedback for product improvement and innovation.

5. Documentation and Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of product specifications, usage guidelines, and project-specific recommendations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum [5] years of experience in the construction industry with a focus on construction chemicals.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-solving mindset and the ability to provide effective solutions to construction-related challenges.
- Familiarity with industry regulations, standards, and best practices.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
