Position: Graphical designers & editor

Location: Mayiladuthurai

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project objectives and develop creative concepts for visual content.
- Edit and retouch photos, videos, and other multimedia content to ensure consistency and quality across all channels.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design quality and innovation.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and project requirements.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporate revisions into design concepts and final deliverables.
- Maintain brand consistency and adhere to brand guidelines in all design projects.
- Provide guidance and support to junior designers and interns as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or related field.
- Proven experience as a graphic designer and video editor, preferably in a creative agency or similar environment.
- Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design and multimedia projects across various platforms.
- Excellent visual design skills, including typography, color theory, and layout composition.
- Solid understanding of video editing techniques, including color correction, audio mixing, and motion graphics.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to effectively present and articulate design concepts to stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality while working on multiple projects.
- Passion for creativity, innovation, and continuous learning.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per year
