Position Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Listen attentively to customer concerns, complaints, and feedback, empathizing with their perspective and demonstrating a genuine desire to resolve their issues.
- Identify and assess customer needs, recommending appropriate solutions, products, or services to meet their requirements.
- Handle customer complaints and escalations effectively, taking ownership of the issue and working towards a resolution in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, technical support, and operations, to address customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, inquiries, and complaints in CRM system, ensuring accurate documentation and follow-up.
- Follow company policies and procedures for customer care and service delivery, adhering to quality standards and service level agreements.
- Stay informed about company products, services, promotions, and policies to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and service delivery processes, providing feedback and suggestions for improvement.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service, call center, or related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers and team members.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on finding solutions and achieving customer satisfaction.
- Empathetic and patient demeanor, with the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
- Previous experience in a customer care or call center environment preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
