**Key Responsibilities**:

- To enter into maintenance contracts/AMC for the upkeep of office utilities like Electrical, CCTV, AC, EPABX, Photocopying activities, electricity installations, etc.
- Vendor Managment & prepare MIS for all expences.
- Housekeeping and facility management ,Procure and monitor office supplies & stationary by checking stock levels, anticipating needs, and placing orders as needed.
- Monitor and track for the renewal of any license, agreements, registrations/ approval.
- Handle incoming and outgoing couriers and correspondence.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders as required.
- To manage travel desk for flight, train ,hotel & train booking.
- Attendance and employee conveyance.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate from any stream
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to communicate in Hindi and one other regional language
- Strong organizing and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Must be detail-oriented and able to multitask efficiently.
- A proactive and positive attitude.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
