Admin Executive

Location: Navi Mumbai, Turbhe (Arihant Aura)

Experience: 2-4 Years

Must-Haves:
Expertise in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel for efficient task execution.

Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience in office administration/operations

JD:

- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong Communication and Analytical Skills
- Adaptability to Fast-paced Environments:

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, adapting to evolving needs.
- Positive Attitude: Maintain a positive outlook and approach towards tasks and challenges.
- Agreement and Contract Renewals: Oversee end-to-end processing, follow-ups, and

renewals of agreements, Govt liaising to ensure compliance.
- Vendor and Client Management: Nurture and maintain relationships with vendors and clients

according to company needs.
- Procurement Management: Source quotations and finalize vendors with management

approval, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Contract and AMC Administration: Oversee and manage contracts and Annual Maintenance

Contracts (AMCs) efficiently.
- Facilities Oversight: Take charge of office infrastructure and related facilities, ensuring a

conducive work environment.
- Office Operations Coordination: Monitor and coordinate daily office operations to meet

company requirements
- Supply Chain Management: Maintain office supplies and equipment, arranging tools and

resources as needed.
- Environmental Maintenance: Ensure a clean and healthy office environment through proper

housekeeping practices
- Documentation Management: Handle documentation, both paper and electronic, maintaining

organized records.

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

- MS Office: 3 years (required)
- Operations and Admin.: 2 years (required)
