Inside Sales Executive

Provide academic advising to students, including course selection, registration, and educational planning.
- Assist students in understanding and meeting degree requirements for graduation.
- Develop and implement intervention strategies for students at risk of academic failure.
- Offer guidance on career paths, internships, and employment opportunities related to students’ fields of study.
- Collaborate with faculty and other departments to support student success and retention.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in any field.
- Experience in academic advising, counseling, or a similar role, preferably in a higher education setting.
- Strong understanding of the academic environment and curriculum requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse student population.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and student information systems.
- Bilingual abilities (English).
- Experience with career counseling and job placement services.
- Familiarity with online advising and educational technologies.

- 8:30 PM- 6:00 AM Working**
**Days:
- ** Initial month its **5 days **working & can change into **6 Days** according to sales prospective
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
Shift:
- Night shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Performance bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Inside sales: 1 year (preferred)
