Areas of Responsibility:
Providing excellent customer service experiences - Taking care of any customer escalation post booking and helping with appropriate resolution

Handling queries and taking requirements

Understand client’s requirement and offer packages accordingly

Achieve the assigned sales targets

Responsible for generating revenue for the company.

Coordinating with operations team.

Handling operations/sales for outbound tour enquiries

Desired Profile

1+ years’ experience in Telesales,Telemarketing,Outbound sales

Graduation is necessary

Strong negotiation skills

Excellent team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹220,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
