- Achieve and exceed sales targets through consistent prospecting, client meetings, and relationship-building efforts.
- Create, propose, and negotiate contracts, service agreements, and pricing tailored to client needs.

2. Service Promotion and Education:

- Effectively communicate the value of bone marrow, PBSC, and PBMC services, including cell collection, isolation, expansion, cryopreservation, and assay development.
- Provide in-depth product knowledge and technical support to potential clients, clearly explaining how services can be applied to their research or clinical needs.
- Conduct demonstrations, webinars, and presentations to highlight the value proposition of the company’s services.

3. Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers such as principal investigators, lab managers, procurement teams, and clinicians.
- Understand each client’s goals and pain points to offer customized solutions, facilitating long-term partnerships.
- Provide excellent post-sales support, ensuring that service delivery meets or exceeds client expectations.

4. Market Research and Competitive Analysis:

- Stay informed about industry trends, new research findings, and competitor offerings in the fields of stem cell therapy, immunotherapy, and cell-based research services.
- Provide feedback to management on market conditions, client needs, and competitor activity to refine sales strategies.

5. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams:

- Work closely with technical and operations teams to ensure the smooth execution of services, from collection and processing to delivery.
- Coordinate with the marketing department to support campaigns, product launches, and attendance at industry conferences and trade shows.
- Collaborate with research and development (R&D) teams to stay updated on new service developments and convey customer feedback.

6. Reporting and Pipeline Management:

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales pipeline, and sales forecasts using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
- Provide regular reports to management on sales activities, client feedback, and competitive intelligence.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, or related fields. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are an advantage.
- Experience:

- 3+ years of experience in sales, particularly in the life sciences, biotech.
- Experience selling services related to stem cell collection, PBMC isolation, or immunotherapy services is highly desirable.
- Technical Knowledge:

- Familiarity with services such as bone marrow collection, PBSC isolation, PBMC assays, cell processing, and cryopreservation.
- Skills:

- Strong sales acumen, with the ability to close deals and build long-term client relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand and communicate complex technical information to both scientific and non-scientific audiences.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.
