**Job Title**:Sales Executive (Tele Sales)

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for tele-sales activities, primarily making outbound calls to potential clients. This role offers flexible work timings and provides an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for sales and a drive to succeed.
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
1. **Conduct Outbound Calls**: Reach out to prospective clients through 5-7 outbound calls per day, presenting our products and services in a compelling manner.
2. **Flexible Work Timings**: Enjoy the flexibility of work timings tailored to accommodate individual schedules, ensuring optimal productivity and work-life balance.
3. **Banking and Insurance Sales**: Utilize preferred knowledge of banking and insurance sales to effectively understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
4. **Communication Skills**: Leverage excellent communication skills to engage prospects, build rapport, and convey the value proposition of our products and services convincingly.
**Required Skills**:
- Proficiency in insurance sales techniques.
- Strong calling and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a tele-sales environment.
**Required Qualifications**:
- Minimum 12th Pass.
- Minimum of 6 months experience in sales, preferably in a tele-sales role.
**Remuneration (Per Month)**:
- Salary range: ₹15,000 - ₹22,000 (Including variable), based on experience.
