Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns and strategies to generate leads and promote products and services.
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and understand customer needs and preferences.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects to promote our services.
- Support the sales team by providing sales and lead reports, analyzing data, and recommending improvements to sales processes and strategies.
- Coordinate and participate in chapter meetings, events and trade shows to promote our services and generate leads.
- Assist in creating marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure the smooth execution of sales and marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing team as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing software.
- Ability to travel as needed.

**Salary**: ₹11,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Shift:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kozhikode, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
