**Responsibilities**:
Executive Support:
- Provide administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for internal and external meetings.
2. Communication:
- Draft and proofread correspondence, memos, and other documents as needed.
3. Office Management:
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels, anticipating needs, placing orders, and verifying receipt of supplies.
- Ensure the office environment is organized and conducive to productivity.
4. Data Management:
- Manage and maintain physical and electronic filing systems, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and accessibility of documents.
- Assist in the organization and storage of digital files, ensuring proper naming conventions and folder structures.
5. Event Coordination:
- Assist in planning and organizing company events, workshops, and seminars.
- Coordinate logistics such as venue booking, catering, and attendee registration.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office management software.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
