**Who are we?**

**What you are expected to do**:
You're responsible for industry institute interaction, students training programmes and Alumni meet.

**You will report to**:Director Corporate Relations

**SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**INDUSTRY INSTITUTE INTERACTION**
- Maintain a good liaison with industry in and around the place of the campus.
- Conduct annual survey of job requirements in the industries, research and service organizations.
- Creates data bank of personnel, who are experts in their respective field from industries/research/service organization and invite them to the institution to deliver lecture for the benefit of students
- Keep up a continuous interaction with Senior Managers of industries and send them greetings/invitations on special occasions - creates opportunity for inviting them to the campus and arrange for fruitful discussion with Director-CRD
- Make maximum use of the opportunities for interaction by inviting them to the campus for such occasion as college day, seminar, curricular/co-curricular activities, and guest speakers for addressing the students.
- Prepare a nice creative placement brochure every year
- Encourage students’ participation in seminar and /or other presentations as much as possible, which will reflect the talent in students to the outside world.
- Organize MOU with maximum companies

**TRAINING**
- Train the students to enhance recruitment potentials.
- Give proper guidance to students on selection procedure.
- Give briefing to students after collecting information about the company in advance and after interacting with company officials.
- Give adequate inputs on facing group discussions.
- Conduct written tests - objective types (Technical, English language, analytical, logical skills etc.,)
- Provides extra skills required and/or finer tips needed to succeed.
- Group skills
- objective and methodology of testing - behavior in a team and contribution to the team work, growing importance of a team work in the present scenario and qualities for getting recognized accepted as a team member.
- Interviews - objectives, different forms - how to face and succeed in mock interviews to get the near feeling of actual interview.
- Organize training in communication skills and leadership skills - importance of good communication skills and leadership abilities and its benefits - how to acquire leadership qualities. Arranges for special classes for improving them in these areas.

**ALUMNI**
- Create a data bank of the alumni who are placed in reputed industries/research/service organizations.
- Collect their address and details of their present status, interacts with them, explore the possibility of utilizing their positions for improving the campus recruitment and other developmental activities in the institution.
- Organize at least one alumni meet per year in the institution.

**What should be the eligibility**:

- Bachelor/Master's Degree in any stream
- 1-2 years of prior experience in the same role
