**About the Role**:
We are looking for a proactive and driven **B2B Sales Field Executive** **CARPET** with experience in the carpet industry to join our sales team. This role involves engaging directly with businesses, developing strong relationships, and driving sales for our high-quality carpet products. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, maintaining client satisfaction, and achieving sales targets in your assigned territory.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Business Development**:
- Identify and engage with potential clients such as interior designers, architects, contractors, and corporate buyers.
- Develop a thorough understanding of client needs and present tailored carpet solutions.
- Expand the customer base within the assigned territory by leveraging networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- **Sales Strategy and Execution**:
- Meet with clients at their offices, showrooms, or project sites to showcase product samples and close deals.
- Prepare and present product proposals, quotations, and competitive pricing strategies.
- Negotiate terms and agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring a seamless sales process.
- Follow up on orders, deliveries, and post-sales support.
- **Market Analysis and Reporting**:
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback.
- Provide insights to the management team to refine sales strategies and product offerings.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of sales activities in CRM systems and prepare regular sales reports.
- **Product Knowledge and Representation**:
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
**Requirements**:
- Proven field sales experience, preferably in B2B sales or the carpet/flooring industry.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques, market dynamics, and client management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience working with architects, designers, or contractors.
- Knowledge of carpet materials, manufacturing processes, and industry standards.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in similar roles.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
