we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Reception specialist to join our team. As a reception specialist. A receptionist typically serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers to an organization. Their responsibilities often include greeting guests, answering phone calls. handling inquiries, scheduling appointments. managing correspondence, and performing administrative tasks such as filing and data entry. They also may assist with basic office duties and provide general support to staff members.
**Responsibilities**
- Welcoming guest as they arrive, directing them to the appropriate person or department, and ensuring they have a positive experience.
- Answering phone calls: Handling incoming calls, transferring calls to the appropriate individuals, taking messages, and providing information to callers as needed.
- Scheduling appointment. Managing calendars for appointment ,meetings, and events, and coordinating schedules for employees and clients.
- Administrative support: Performing tasks such as filling, data entry, photocopying, and maintaining office supplies to support the smooth operation of the office.
- Assisting customers or clients with inquiries, providing information about product or services, and resolving issues or complaints in a professional manner
- Handling inquiries; responding to inquiries from both internal and external sources, providing information, and directing queries to the appropriate person or department
- Maintaining the reception area; keeping the reception area clean, organized, and presentable, and ensuring that promotional materials or company literature are displayed appropriately.
Pay: ₹9,674.18 - ₹17,894.57 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
