**Profile Introduction**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Calendar Management**: Organize and manage the employer's schedule, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries.
- **Documentation**: Prepare and manage documents, reports, and presentations as required. Ensure accuracy and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- **Meeting Coordination**: Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure timely execution of decisions.
- **Travel Arrangements**: Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation. Provide necessary travel documents and itineraries.
- **Administrative Support**: Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, record-keeping, and maintaining office supplies.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Act as a liaison between the employer and external parties.
- **Confidentiality**: Exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information and matters.

**Requirements**:

- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- **Tech Savvy**: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software. Experience with calendar management and scheduling tools is a plus.
- **Discretion**: Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- **Adaptability**: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure.
- **Professionalism**: Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times.
