1. **Hiring and Recruitment Support**:

- Manage the hiring processes, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Assist in onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.

2. **Office and Administrative Support**:

- Handle office administrative tasks and ensure smooth office operations.
- Manage senior management's calendar, including scheduling and coordinating meetings and client interactions.
- Organize and manage corporate events, business trips, and other company activities.

3. **Employee Engagement**:

- Coordinate office activities and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and morale.
- Act as a liaison between employees and management to address any concerns and facilitate communication.
