Serac Education is a start-up, registered private limited company in 2019. We are an educational services provider based in Mumbai. We have developed our product OLLATO to focus on the aspect of career counseling and development, mental health care & training development. We are a team of passionate career adventurers who love to learn more about new-age careers and support special children, students, and working adults for their career & professional life growth, mental health care, and skill development.

**Day-to-day responsibilities include**:
1. Creating and maintaining a Social Media Marketing editorial calendar, with targeted topics outlined for different dates, as well as a plan for where and how that content will be shared
2. Researching, writing/producing/outsourcing all sorts of content production (written, image-based, video, etc.)
3. Compiling and uploading content, then tracking its performance across the many different Social Media networks, and the wider web (via forums, social bookmarking sites, etc.)
4. Generate effective Social Media Influencer Marketing campaigns, whereby powerful social users are turned into brand advocates who promote the brand's products, services, etc.
5. Monitoring brand and product-related conversations to measure sentiment, watch for PR emergencies, identify important/relevant discussions, answer questions, etc.
6. Track and measure performance of all branded channels, including at least Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, etc.
7. Running company social media advertising campaigns Including social media strategy, monthly calendar conceptualization, and execution
8. Formulating a high-quality novel was written and visual content for each social media campaign using trending formats and content buckets
9. Building a social media presence by maintaining a solid online presence for internal brands
10. Monitoring the company's brand on social media.
11. Building brand awareness by engaging relevant influencers.
12. Managing online communities to ensure respectful and appropriate engagement.
13. Responding to comments on each of our accounts.
14. Overseeing customer service provided via social media.
15. Analyzing data to determine whether social media campaigns have achieved their objectives.

**Salary**: From ₹16,000.00 per month

- Mulund West, Mumbai - 400080, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Digital marketing: 1 year (preferred)
