Shift Timing
- 8 PM to 5 AM (Fixed Night Shift)

Week off
- Sunday Fixed Off & Alternate Saturdays Off

- Akshar Business Park, (Turbhe) Vashi, Navi Mumbai

Salary
- 2,50,000 to 4,20,000 Annul CTC

**Responsibilities**:
a) Generation leads as per the qualifying criteria by outbound calling.

b) It's not just lead generation but complete support till the end of lead cycle.

C) Handle objection and resolve customer concern in professional and respectful manner.

d) Understand customer needs, answer their questions and provide relevant information about our product and services

e) Manage leads and stay organized using our internal CRM, Follow Up Leads Process including adding leads, conversation notes, response times, and follow-up attempts into database.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent English communication verbal & written
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- 6+ Months experience in International BPO with Voice Process
- US outbound calling experience preferred.
