**Sales Execution**
- Contacts established and potential customers to identify their requirements and promote suitable products offered by the company's business units.
- Adheres to the daily call quota as per the territory guidelines.
- Demonstrates the ability to visit and communicate with existing and potential customers in person.
- Chooses the appropriate process and materials to address customer concerns related to cleaning, sanitation, or surface treatment.
- Delivers sales presentations effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Responds to customer inquiries regarding product usage.
- Provides pricing quotes and follows the established pricing and delivery policies, within approved limits.
- Achieves sales targets by acquiring new customers, increasing sales to existing customers, and securing repeat orders.
- Maintains accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Collaborates with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise.

**Customer Service**
- Collaborates closely with clients to establish and nurture strong business connections.
- Engages with customers to address their specific service needs.
- Offers details on new products, techniques, and safety protocols.
- Conducts training sessions for customers to ensure the proper and safe utilization of Flowchar materials.
- Manages communication and maintains accurate records.
- Keeps track of activities within the assigned territory as per management guidelines.
- Reports on competitive activities affecting sales within the territory.
- Submits necessary reports like call reports, exception reports, and in-plant service reports.
- Sends reports to the relevant business unit for customer file integration.

**Eligibility**
- A Bachelor's degree in Science/Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Engineering, is a requirement for this position.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is necessary.
- The ability to deliver sales presentations, follow up with written proposals, and manage customer contracts is essential.
- Strong organizational skills are required, including sales planning and territory management abilities.
- A customer acquisition mindset is important for identifying and pursuing new customer opportunities, as well as for continuous up-selling and cross-selling to existing customers.
- Building and nurturing customer relationships is a key aspect of this role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
- This position may require travel of up to 70-80%.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
