Front Office Associate

As a Front Office Associate, you will be the first point of contact for guests and visitors, representing our establishment in a professional and welcoming manner. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a positive guest experience by providing excellent customer service and administrative support. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Service**:
- Greet guests and visitors warmly and provide them with information about the establishment's facilities and services.
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously, striving to resolve issues to their satisfaction.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times, reflecting the organization's commitment to exceptional customer service.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Perform front desk duties such as answering phone calls, taking messages, and redirecting calls as necessary.
- Manage reservations and room bookings, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately, including processing payments and issuing receipts.
- Maintain records of guest interactions, transactions, and room availability using computerized systems.
- **Communication and Coordination**:
- Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate with housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are clean, well-maintained, and ready for guest occupancy.
- Collaborate with management to address any issues or concerns affecting guest experience or front office operations.
- **Compliance and Security**:
- Adhere to security procedures by monitoring the premises and reporting any suspicious activities or incidents.
- Follow established protocols for handling guest information, maintaining confidentiality and privacy at all times.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and safety standards.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in hospitality management or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in a front office or receptionist capacity.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse individuals.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of multitasking and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using computerized systems for reservations, billing, and general administrative tasks.
- Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by business needs.
**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,500.00 per month
