**Role and Responsibilities**:Responsible for Delivering and maximizing Sales, Distribution, Profitability, Product visibility & display related objectives through leveraging the planned resources & infrastructure at the territory level and parameters by the Company.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Maintain consistent contact and provide sales and service to all (retailers and distributors) in his specific assigned Region
- Be responsible for sales from a given territory.
- Solely responsible for planning & achieving monthly/ yearly targets.
- Ensure optimum utilization of resources in his area of responsibility particularly sales/promotional budget.
- Assist ASM with promotional ideas to increase business within the region.
- Payment related follow-up, customer evaluation and customer segregation according to relevant field.
- Identify new potential opportunities for the Business Development.
- Regular communications of sales calls and results to ASM.
- Formulate & execute the secondary sales plan - Area wise, distributor wise, Brand wise, SKU wise.
- Calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.
- Maintain active communication and enhance trade relations.
- Visiting the Point of Sales within the defined area periodically to ensure that products are available and visible (properly placed), that prices are visible, that advertising materials are in the right place, at the right time and in the correct quantity.
- Ensuring quality of market coverage through effective use of SR and distribution network.
- Taking orders from the clients to the assortment necessary for targeted visibility and ensuring stock at the Point of Sales.
- Identify potential towns & appoint distributors in line with business strategy.
- Monitor and minimize the level of stock returns from stores.
- Provide feedback to management from key retail and distributor customers.
- Overall accountable for all operational programs in the assigned area.
- Regular contact with retailers and distributors to ensure seamless continuity of efforts.
- Execute the sales volume numbers, trade spending objectives and any other goals given by ASM. - Specific interaction with marketing, i.e. Sales Support materials, etc.
- Reporting the performance of field activities with POC details, accomplishment of sales, agreements and retail price trends for monitoring performance.

**Job Requirements**
- A Bachelor’s Degree, at the minimum
- Person should be a self-starter and motivated to drive sales in the territory.
- Should have experience of field sales (interacting with retailers, distributors)
- Knowledge of brands, prices, margins and activities of both own products and competition.
- Ability to negotiate terms of trade.
- Basic understanding of marketing skills.
- Should be a fast learner & have good decision-making skills.
- Should be passionate about sales.
- Experience in FMCG is a must.
- Must have a Two-Wheeler with Driving license
- Knowledge of MS Office, MIS reports, MS- Excel.
- Competency in English, Hindi and Kannada.

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
