As the Executive Assistant professional in our Commercial Bank team, you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain complex and detailed calendars for multiple senior stakeholders
- Screen incoming calls and determine the level of priority, while using caution in dispensing information
- Seamlessly manage the coordination and logistics of both internal and external meetings
- Arrange and coordinate complicated domestic and international travel. Handle regular activities without prompting, and advise in advance with issues or delays
- Organize all aspects for offsite conferences and external events, including catering and transportation
- Assist with staff on-boarding and off-boarding, which includes requesting equipment setup and system access. Maintain current organizational charts and Executive Bio's

**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills**:

- Minimum of 6 years' experience in an Executive Administrative Assistant role
- Experience in calendar management, a daptable team player and g ood problem-solving ability
- Strong working experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, including table creation, mail merges and basic formatting
- Knowledge of general office procedures (e.g., filing, correspondence, scheduling, expenses, calendar)
- Effective interpersonal skills and e xcellent telephone etiquette
- Superior oral and written communication skills
- Tact and good judgment in confidential situations and proven experience interacting with senior management

**Preferred**
**qualifications, capabilities, and skills**:

- Ability to adapt procedures, processes and techniques to the completion of assignments
- Complete knowledge of internal network filing system
- Blackberry knowledge
- College degree is a plus
